Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for next-gen AI and quantum systems integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era autonomous infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Design ethical frameworks for advanced neural interfaces and synthetic biology
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Patent breakthrough technologies in human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or biocomputing
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technological adoption curves
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with DARPA or NASA innovation programs preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies from concept to market
