- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and smart city deployments
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development for neuro-interfaces and biometric authentication
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical AI governance and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech research at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Published work on technological singularity or human-AI symbiosis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with policy frameworks for emerging technologies (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization projects
