Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and industry trend briefings
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented impact
