Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in biotech, space tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability targets
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive future technologies
- Advise product teams on long-term tech integration and ethical deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with policy frameworks for AI governance and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
