Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) and societal trends to predict 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-quantum cybersecurity
- Lead cross-functional workshops on human-AI collaboration and workforce evolution
- Author proprietary research reports on biotech-digital convergence and ethical AI governance
- Design innovation roadmaps for clients adopting Web3.0 and decentralized identity systems
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, CES, and industry futurist summits
- Mentor junior futurists while managing $5M+ innovation portfolio
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech trajectories
