Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to create 2026 market forecasts
- Design innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proof strategies
- Author annual Horizon Report 2026 distributed to 10,000+ executives
- Partner with R&D to prototype disruptive solutions for real-world challenges
- Develop KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and competitive advantage
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of delivering 5-10 year tech roadmaps for large enterprises
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier publications (HBR, MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Scenario Planning)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption
