- Translate complex foresight into product development sprints and R&D priorities
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Publish annual 'State of 2026' industry report positioning Nexus as thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record predicting market shifts (demonstrated via published forecasts or patents)
- Expertise in at least three disruptive domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 80%+ accuracy rate
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to revenue-generating products
