- Translate complex futures scenarios into executive-ready strategic frameworks
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across 200+ global stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling ROI projections
- Mentor next-generation futurists in emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven 5-year track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, STEEP, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience securing innovation funding for multi-year initiatives
- Certification in Agile or Design Thinking methodologies
