Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of PhD researchers and industry veterans to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative R&D
- Translate complex scientific concepts into market-ready products with $50M+ commercialization potential
- Present innovation frameworks at global forums like TED and World Economic Summit
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our QuantumLeap Fellowship Program
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, carbon-negative tech, or neural architecture
- Executive-level experience in managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Fluency in futurist methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystem stakeholders
