Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech and societal trends
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
