Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology initiatives, including AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technology trends
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams in implementing future technology pilots
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and board members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., CFTE, STRATOS)
