Qualifications
- 8+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of launching $1M+ tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling tools
- Global network of VCs, policymakers, and academic researchers
