Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market projections and company vision

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, biohybrid systems, etc.) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
