Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Oversee system performance monitoring, security patching, and disaster recovery planning.
- Lead the administration of Active Directory, group policies, and identity management systems.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate workflows using PowerShell and scripting languages.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and internal IT policies.
- Mentor junior administrators and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CISSP preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Proven ability to script and automate tasks using PowerShell or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
