Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Ensure security compliance through regular audits and patch management
- Document system configurations and create operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
