Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and compliance frameworks
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments for 99.99% uptime
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system failover drills
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Terraform and script with Python/PowerShell
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior sysadmins
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise system administration
- Expert-level certifications (CompTIA Server+, RHCE, or MCSE)
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware ESXi/KVM) and container orchestration
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong scripting capabilities (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
