Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network administration including firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN configurations
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and incident response
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
- Monitor system performance using Nagios, Zabbix, or equivalent monitoring tools
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain up-to-date knowledge base
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven track record in disaster recovery planning and implementation
