We are looking for a strategic thinker who is not only comfortable with high-level concepts but can also translate them into executable plans for engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 product release, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Next-Gen Interfaces.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and financial targets.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech stacks, regulatory changes, and market shifts to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Proof of Concepts: Oversee the development and testing of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the strategic planning of engineering resources to ensure the successful delivery of the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Edge Computing trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at the executive level.
