Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Expertise in statistical analysis and modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
