Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 standards.
- Lead incident response efforts during security breaches to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or network security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with log analysis and forensic investigation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
