Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support/help desk environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (O365, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call support
