Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications across Windows and macOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using remote management tools
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Active Directory
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VPN, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware diagnostics and software conflicts
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously
