Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain a diverse inventory of hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the organization.
- Log and track all IT support tickets in the Service Desk management system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Deploy, configure, and update workstations and software applications.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT team to implement security protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform preventative maintenance to ensure system stability.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
