The Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our employees' technical needs, ensuring business continuity and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security configurations.
  • Perform hardware maintenance, including deploying new workstations and troubleshooting printers.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to prevent downtime.

Qualifications
