Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security policies.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and network optimization projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
