Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS systems, including OS imaging and software installations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team/client use
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex system outages and security incidents
- Support cloud services including Microsoft 365 and AWS environments
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in desktop/server support with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection protocols
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for occasional client site visits
