Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security tools
- Provide remote and on-site support for 200+ employees
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Implement backup/disaster recovery solutions
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for networking issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) preferred
