Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain network printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN management
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware/software procurement and licensing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong diagnostic skills with hardware and network components
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-department collaboration
