Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage help desk tickets with SLA adherence using ServiceNow
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 endpoints and cloud applications
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability remediation
- Support AV/IT setups for hybrid meetings and events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
