Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market gaps and opportunities for 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global tech ecosystems and propose adaptive strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future workforce reskilling needs
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateHorizon as a 2026 technology pioneer
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology maturity and market readiness
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots based on emerging signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
