Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to troubleshoot data anomalies in real-time
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline weekend reporting workflows
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity across weekend batch processing cycles
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests from global business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure scenarios
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Ability to thrive in autonomous weekend work environments
