Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making processes
- Design and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics) a plus
