Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data collection and validation processes
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong programming abilities in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing concepts
