Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company systems
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals (equipment provided)
- Assist with network security protocols and access management
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base entries
- Support end-users via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular technology training and certification prep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional site visits)
