Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define user needs.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive mockups in Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and component library to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Optimize user journeys to increase engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or Interaction Designer.
- Proficiency in designing user interfaces using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
