Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Execute complex code deployments, system maintenance, and monitoring tasks specifically during the weekend shift.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues with minimal supervision to ensure system uptime.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and QA engineers to refine features and improve user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold engineering standards.
- Participate in architectural planning to ensure robustness and security of our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one core programming language (Java, Python, C++, or Go).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a weekend-only shift schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
