Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on bi-weekly sprints
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for 24/7 availability
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and relational databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
