Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code and system architecture
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software development with strong Java and Python skills
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Must be available to work Saturday-Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM PT)
