Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cloud applications using Python and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver agile solutions for enterprise clients
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system architecture for weekend operations
- Debug complex issues and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation best practices
- Participate in weekend sprint planning and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience with Python, Django, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and weekend shift work environments
- Proficiency in Git, Docker, and container orchestration technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously during weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder updates
