Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Develop automated reporting systems for weekend operations and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliverables
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in weekend shifts
