Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to support business objectives and weekend operational workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView) is highly preferred.
