Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Generate accurate, timely nightly reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement new analytical models.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Document data pipelines and analytical processes for team knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Willingness and ability to work the Night Shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
