Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for business process improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
