Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Create weekly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies in weekend consumer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with marketing teams on weekend campaign optimization
- Develop automated data pipelines for weekend reporting workflows
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with weekend/holiday retail analytics preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics a plus
