Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Create weekly performance reports for stakeholders with clear data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy across all deliverables
- Support A/B testing initiatives for marketing campaigns using statistical analysis
- Document data processing workflows and maintain data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects preferred
