As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be responsible for monitoring our threat landscape, responding to incidents, and fortifying our network against evolving adversaries.

Responsibilities
- Threat Monitoring & Response: Analyze security alerts from SIEM platforms (Splunk, ELK Stack) to identify and neutralize threats in real-time.
- Incident Management: Lead the investigation, containment, and eradication of cyber incidents, conducting detailed post-incident reviews (PIR).
- Vulnerability Management: Perform regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and penetration testing coordination to strengthen our security posture.
- Security Architecture: Assist in the design and implementation of security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external compliance standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Threat Hunting: Proactively search for malicious actors and hidden threats within the network using advanced analytics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or network security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting for automation; strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Cloud Security: Experience with cloud security frameworks (AWS/Azure) and IAM management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
