Responsibilities
- Lead the Vision 2026 technical roadmap, defining the architectural standards for scalable AI and machine learning systems.
- Design and deploy high-performance distributed systems using Python, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models and autonomous agents.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain world-class engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior AI/ML leadership or architecture roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
