Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Utilize interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user behaviors and needs.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD to visualize the user journey.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless user experiences.
- Iterate & Optimize: continuously refine designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results to improve key performance indicators.
- Visual Design: Apply modern UI trends, typography, and color theory to create visually compelling and accessible interfaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma (essential) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Portfolio: A live portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for detail and a user-centric design philosophy.
