Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver impactful features.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java (JavaScript/TypeScript required).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
