As a key member of our design team, you will lead the user experience from concept to completion, ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful to use.
Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Design Systems: Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs are compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and accessible to all users.
- Iterative Design: Present designs to the team, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly to improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX design experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (XD/Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Portfolio: A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating a full design process from research to delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
